TOS
1. Payment is due upfront or half up front and half upon completion. You will have to pay in full before I release the completed image with no watermarks.2.Paypal/stripe/vgen is preferred for payment. If you want to use a different payment method you will need to ask me and see if it's available.3. Pose changes are allowed for the initial sketch. Two simple changes are allowed for lineart. Color changes are allowed during the flat coloring stage. Once I'm in the shading stage changes cannot be made unless it's to do with shading.4. Refunds are available until I have started. Once I have started only partial refunds are available and if the art is close to completion no refunds will be issued.5. I'm a slow artist so it will take me several weeks to 2 months to complete. I will discuss with each individual client on how long their commission will take.6. I DO NOT allow my art to be used in any AI programs or for crypto currency. pls find a different artist if this is what you are intending7. for commercial use ask me personally please.8. A design fee for new outfits and characters that have never been drawn before will be implemented. This fee will be based on the complexity of the design.9. If you would like an NDA please state that before I start sketching, if it is not requested I'll assume I can post WIPS/ finished art pieces on my socials.
